In the app or on the website
- Sign in and open Account.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Yes, delete everything. You are signed out right away.
What is deleted
Your account and email address, password, every meal plan and grocery list (including ticks and items you added), saved favorites, shared household list links, sign-in sessions and usage counters. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Subscriptions are cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on the web in Account > Manage subscription; in the iPhone app in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Payment records are kept by Stripe, Apple or Google as the law requires.
Can’t sign in?
Email info@prediturk.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete the account and all its data within 30 days, usually much sooner.
