These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662, which runs WeekPlate. By using WeekPlate you agree to them.
The service
WeekPlate uses AI to suggest dinners, recipes, cost estimates and a grocery list. Suggestions can contain mistakes. Always check ingredients against your allergies and dietary needs, follow safe food-handling and cooking temperatures, and treat cost estimates as rough guides; real prices vary by store and region. WeekPlate is not medical or nutritional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account.
Free use and Pro
Your first week’s plan is free, with a limited number of swaps. WeekPlate Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases in the iOS or Android app are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms; web purchases are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the law where you live and, for app purchases, the store’s policy. We may change prices for future periods with notice.
Fair use
Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to get around limits, reselling, or using WeekPlate to break the law. We may limit or close accounts that do.
Your content
Your inputs, plans and lists are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide WeekPlate to you.
Liability
WeekPlate is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use WeekPlate means you accept the updated terms.
