WeekPlate is run by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 (“we”). This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: only what we need to plan your dinners and keep your list, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your planning inputs: household size, diet, dislikes, cooking time and budget, and the plans, grocery lists, ticks and favorites they produce.
- Account details if you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password (we cannot read it).
- A first-party cookie that keeps your free plan with your browser, and a sign-in cookie if you sign in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Usage counts (how many plans and swaps you used) and a one-way hash of your IP address, to prevent abuse of the free tier.
- Privacy-friendly analytics: page views and product events (like “plan created”) without advertising identifiers, used only to improve WeekPlate.
How it is used
- To write your meal plans, we send your planning inputs (not your email) to an AI model through our AI provider. They are used to answer the request, not to build an advertising profile.
- Payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe on the web; Apple or Google in the mobile app). We never see or store your card number.
- If you arrived through a partner’s link or used a partner code, we tell our partner program that a referred customer signed up or subscribed, using an internal customer number, so the partner can be paid.
- We send email only about your account (for example, if you ask for support).
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, to run WeekPlate, or when the law requires it. A shared household list link shows that list to anyone who has the link; you choose who gets it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Plans made without an account are kept with your browser’s cookie. When you delete your account, we delete your account, plans, lists, favorites and sessions right away; payment records are kept by the payment processors as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see and change your data in the app, and delete everything at any time under Account > Delete account (see how to delete your account). Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights to access, correct, export or object; email us and we will help.
Children
WeekPlate is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
